Temporary Lane Closures Scheduled for Brownswood Road on Johns Island

MONCKS CORNER, S.C. – Santee Cooper will be performing construction work requiring temporary intermittent lane closures on Johns Island on Brownswood Road beginning Tuesday, Sept. 30, through Wednesday, Oct. 15, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. The closures will be near 950 Brownswood Road between Old Pond Road and Fickling Hill Road.
Any traffic delays should be brief, and Santee Cooper will make every attempt to keep traffic disruption to a minimum. Motorists are encouraged to use caution, reduce speed when traveling through the area, and consider alternate routes, if possible, to avoid delays.
