MONCKS CORNER, S.C. – Santee Cooper successfully reached a major milestone in its Power Partners income-qualified neighborhood energy efficiency program, completing its initial goal of serving up to 150 Conway residents with no-cost energy-saving upgrades. More customers will be served in the coming years.
Power Partners provides energy education to help households adopt long-term energy-saving habits. By making energy-efficiency improvements such as LED lighting, weather stripping and insulation, the initiative helps customers reduce energy usage, lower monthly bills and improve comfort. Community outreach efforts will continue to inform residents, enroll eligible households and schedule installations to start in 2026 and beyond.

Santee Cooper electric customers who don’t qualify for this program are still eligible for Empower Home Rebates and Incentives .
